I believe the dealer's room will be open from middayish on the Friday. Then Saturday is an all day (and frequently all night) event.

The Saturday evening usually officially finishes about 10-10.30ish, then resumes in the bar.

People step up, ring the bell for attention, and show their latest bits. Dozens of conversations going, people performing little bits in every nook and cranny, and always the chance of an impromptu seance... The bar would usually continue till anywhere between 2 and 4 am at Sneaton Castle. I presume the new venue will be likewise.
